1. MISSION & SCOPE

Welcome to DarieX Systems ("The Service"). By accessing our platform, uploading data, or purchasing an intelligence product, you ("The Client") agree to be bound by these Operational Terms. Access to DarieX is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to terminate access for any entity that violates our security protocols or ethical standards.

2. NATURE OF INTELLIGENCE

DarieX provides Forensic Linguistic Analysis and Behavioral Pattern Recognition.

• Not Legal Advice: Our reports are for informational and strategic purposes only. They do not constitute legal counsel.

• Not Clinical Diagnosis: We identify behavioral patterns (e.g., Narcissism, Deception) based on text data. We do not provide clinical psychological diagnoses.

• Accuracy: While our algorithms and analysts maintain a high degree of precision, human behavior is variable. Intelligence is an assessment of probability, not a guarantee of future action.

3. CLIENT AUTHORIZATION & DATA OWNERSHIP

By submitting text logs, audio files, or documents to DarieX, you warrant that:

1. You are the owner of the data or have explicit permission to share it.

2. The data was obtained legally. DarieX has a Zero Tolerance Policy for data obtained via illegal wiretapping, hacking, or unauthorized surveillance.

3. You accept full liability for the use of this data.

4. THE "BLACK BOX" PROTOCOL (CONFIDENTIALITY)

• Our Pledge: We treat all Client data as Classified Material. We do not sell, trade, or expose your data to third parties.

• Your Pledge: You agree that DarieX reports are proprietary intelligence assets. You may use them for personal or professional strategy, but you may not resell, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our methodologies.

5. PAYMENT & FULFILLMENT

• Intelligence Consumption: Due to the nature of digital intelligence, services are considered "consumed" upon delivery of the Report.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if DarieX fails to deliver the requested intelligence within the agreed timeframe due to internal error. Although DarieX strives for the highest possible standards of quality and accuracy, we do acknowledge that errors can happen. In the event that a report contains clearly inaccurate information, or is incomplete, or has any other discrepancies that are a result of an oversight on the part of DarieX, a new report will be generated at no cost to the client.

• Disagreement with the findings of a report is not grounds for a refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DarieX Systems, its officers, and analysts are not liable for any actions taken by the Client based on our intelligence. Whether you choose to end a relationship, fire an employee, or engage in litigation based on our findings, the decision—and the consequences—are yours alone.

7. JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the province of Ontario.
